Montarville, R-100, Mortagne, Montbrun, Jeanne-Crevier, Nobel, Pierre-Boucher, La Broquerie, Île Grosbois and Les Îles Percées

Hôtel Mortagne has 16 sumptuous conference and reception rooms, totalling nearly 22,000 square feet, at your disposal. Modulable and functional, the convention centre’s rooms can be adapted to meet your needs. The huge lobby and solarium simplify the reception of your guests and the carrying out of your activities.

Including the lobby, the Îles Percées rooms occupy a total surface of over 3,936 square feet on the main floor of the establishment. In open areas, the Îles Percées rooms can accommodate up to 300 persons in banquet format; they can also be divided into three large rooms A, B and C.

The beautiful windowed Pierre-Boucher room, which is very well-equipped with multimedia equipment, can accommodate 56 persons in banquet format. The Île Grosbois and La Broquerie rooms provide comfortable space for meetings of under 12 persons.

The Montarville, R-100, Nobel, Jeanne-Crevier, Montbrun and Mortagne rooms are located on the lower level of Hôtel Mortagne. The Mortagne room contains 21 Internet connections. These rooms are particularly well-suited for training that requires individual Internet access. Some of them can accommodate up to 60 persons in cocktail format.

The 24 invited artisans will be located in the small room and the nine conference rooms will be used for the workshops. We will take up the entire hotel but we won’t be crowded.
